This is what my numbers mean to me
1) I finished it, that's about all I can say.
2) Was not for me, but may be for others.
3) I enjoyed it, but probably won't read again. I'd check out or borrow before I buy.
4) I liked it a lot, I want my own copy, but not my favorite.
5) Will live in my mind for a long, long time. Amazing, Wonderful! READ NOW!
